採寸・重さについて
- 商品の計測はcm単位です。
- 衣類は全て平台に平置きし外寸を測定しています。
- 同商品でも、生産の過程で1～2cmの個体差が生じる場合があります。
- 付属品の計測はおこなっていません。
- 重量を計測する商品はバッグ、アウターの商品に限ります。
採寸箇所について
- 着丈や総丈に襟の長さは含まれません。
- タック・プリーツ・ギャザーは、伸ばさず（広げず）自然に置き、製品の形状を整えた状態で計測しています。
- 丈が前後左右で一定でない場合は、最長部分を「総丈」としています。
- サイズ調整ができる商品は、最大値を記載します。
- 形状により、サイズガイドに記載のない箇所の計測を行う場合がございます。

購入前に必ずお読みください
サイトにアップしている商品画像は、現物のカラーにできるだけ近づけるように撮影しております。同じカラー名でも商品によって色味が異なる場合がございますので、拡大画像で色味を確認された上で購入の手続きを行ってください。
また、お客様がご覧になっているモニター・画面環境・照明などの関係上、実際の色味と多少異なる場合が御座います。ご了承ください。

- お届け日の目安
- ご注文日の翌営業日～3営業日を目安に出荷となります。
ご注文日より約2～5日程度（離島は10日程度）で商品をお届けしています。
なお、交通事情や天候状況等により若干遅れが生じる場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
商品発送後の配送状況につきましては、発送完了メールに記載のお問い合わせ番号にてご確認いただけます。 - 配送日指定について
- 配送時間は指定できますが、配送日の指定はご遠慮頂いております。ご了承のうえお買い求め下さい。
- 長期不在で商品をお受け取り出来なかった場合について
- 商品お届け時にご不在の場合、ポストに不在通知表を投函させていただきます。
不在通知に記載の連絡先にご連絡していただき、次回の受け取り日時を配送業者にお申し付けください。
長期不在でお受け取りがなく、発送元へ商品が返送された後の再発送には、追加配送料をいただいております。
また一度発送した商品を他のご住所へ転送することは出来かねますのでご了承ください。 - 複数注文の同梱発送について
- ご注文完了後の追加注文・複数注文をまとめるサービスは行っておりません。ご注文完了前の確認画面にて、ご注文内容・個数をご確認ください。
ご注文について
お好きな商品を選び、「ADD TO CART」ボタンを押して決済画面へお進みください。
商品のサイズは、商品詳細ページに記載されたサイズスペックと、別途サイズガイドをご用意しております。お手持ちのお洋服と照らし合わせて、ご希望サイズをお選びください。
カート内に商品を入れた時点ではまだ商品の確保とはなりません。「注文する」ボタンを押していただきご注文が確定した時点で商品確保となります。販売開始後ご注文が混み合う場合がありますが、ご注文確定ボタンを押すまで商品は確保されません。カートに入れたままお買い物を続けていたり、お客様情報を入力している間に他のお客様がご注文確定されて在庫がゼロになった場合は、ご注文確定ボタンを押しても「在庫がありません」と表示されます。予めご了承ください。
お支払いについて
クレジットカード、銀行振り込み(前払い)、Shop Pay、Apple Pay、Google Payによるお支払いがご利用いただけます。

- 3日間のお支払い期限がございます。当店からのメールをご確認頂き3日以内にお支払いをお願い致します。
- 期日を過ぎても御入金がない場合は自動的にオーダーがキャンセルとなります。

キャンセル、返品、交換について
- 注文内容のキャンセル、変更について

ご注文後の内容変更（商品の変更やカラー、サイズの変更等）やキャンセル等は承れませんので、ご了承ください。ご注文の完了前に、内容のご確認をお願いいたします。
お客様に注文確認メールが着信した以降においても、お客様長期不在や受取拒否が度重なる場合、また弊社事情によっては決済方法の変更依頼、ご注文の取り消しをさせていただく場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
- 返品・交換について

サイズが違う、イメージと違う、注文を間違えた等のお客様ご都合の商品交換または返品は受けつけいたしかねます。ご了承ください。
ただし、商品が不良品の場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、交換・返品の受けつけをさせていただきます。
この場合、お手数ですがお問い合わせフォームより商品到着後3日以内にご連絡いただき、弊社の指定する方法により、弊社にご返送ください。良品の注文商品との交換もしくは返金いたします（返品到着後、交換商品がない場合は商品代金をご返金させていただきます）。
また、当該商品の返送および再送に要する送料などは弊社にて負担いたします。
3日後以降のご対応は致しかねます。なお、以下の場合は返品・交換はお受けいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
- お客様都合での返品（サイズが合わない、イメージと違う、注文を間違えた等）
- 商品到着から4日以上経過した不良品の商品（その場合は商品到着後3日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。）
- 一度使用された商品
- お客様のもとで汚れやキズが生じた商品
- 下着などの衛生用品
- 化粧品
- タグを紛失してしまった場合
- ご予約商品について
- ご予約商品のキャンセルは一切お受けできません。ご予約前にご自身で商品詳細をご確認ください。オンラインショップに詳細の記載が無い場合は、お問い合わせください。DMでのご予約の場合も、キャンセルは致しかねます。お客様のご予約品は当店からメーカーへ返品することはなく、すべて在庫となってしまい、経営を圧迫します。ご理解下さい。
- 商品を受取拒否された場合について

「配送料・代金引換手数料・返品事務手数料」を請求いたします。
受取拒否をされますと、往復の送料、代金引換手数料、梱包資材、人件費がショップの損害となります。当店では、正当な理由なく受取拒否、保管期限切れなどによって商品が返送された場合、内容証明付き郵便にて以下の料金を請求いたします。- 往復配送料

- 内容証明発行料
すべて実費での請求となります。
なお、ご連絡がとれないなど悪質と判断した場合、法的措置も検討いたします。

About customs clearance and duty

About returns and refund
We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
The stock of the online shop and the real store are linked and may be out of stock due to a time lag. In that case, our shop will cancel your order.

About a case of your package retunes without receiving
If your package is returned to our shop, we will respond by resending or canceling your order.
- 1) If you wish to resend
- It is possible to reship from our shop if you could pay the shipping fee again and the return fee for the first shipment. Payments may occur depending on the county of delivery for expenses not included in shipping costs.
- 2) If you cancel your order
- If you cancel your order without re-shipping your package, we will subtract the shipping fee and return fee from the amount paid and respond by refund.
In the case of refund by bank transfer, bank transfer fee is required in addition to the above.

- Member : Please login if you are a member. Enter your e-mail address and password you set when you registered as a member and click the “Login” button.

Non- member : Please enter your information. You can order as non-member. - 4) Confirm shipping method
- Please check the displayed shipping fee.
- 5) Select your payment method

- 7) Get an automatic mail
- After completing your order, we will send the Japanese and English version “Order confirmation mail” to your registered e-mail address automatically.
